What is the shelf life of the frozen product?

Kept frozen in a sealed container the product will keep for up to 1 year.

What is the shelf life of the refrigerated product?

Kept refrigerated in a sealed container the product will keep for up to 6 weeks.

What is the shelf life of the baked product?

Kept in a sealed container the product will keep for up to 3 days.

Can you bake the product from frozen?

Product provides best results when defrosted untill soft to the touch.

 

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

COOKIES

Preheat convection oven to 300 ° F /150 ° C and place cookies onto a baking tray lined with bakers parchment paper. For a flatter cookie, flatten portions slightly before baking. Bake as follows for approximately: 1oz for 8 min, 2 oz for 13min, 3oz for 15 to 18 minutes until light brown and slightly moist in the centre. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Remember the cookie will continue to bake for a few minutes after it is removed from the oven.

BROWNIES

Preheat convection oven to 300 ° F /150 ° C. Leave the brownie batter out at room temperature until it is soft enough to spread into a tray. Spread about 1" thick across the tray. Bake for about 26 minutes until a glossy crust forms on top and the batter loses it's wet look. A test is to shake the pan slightly, the dough should jiggle but not run when you tip it sideways. Leave to cool and then cut into portions.
